Allison was born and raised in Corona del Mar and real estate has always been part of her life. “My father worked in real estate investing and finance, so I have always been around the business,” she explained. “I remember attending open houses as a child, so a career path was shown to me very early on!” After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Pre-law from the University of Arizona, she joined Surterre and coordinated all advertising company wide. She then advanced to Marketing Coordinator, where she quickly impressed fellow staff members and agents with her creativity, attention to detail, and unwavering work ethic. As Marketing Coordinator, she was the liaison between the marketing department and Surterre’s Realtors, where she was exposed to the best innovative strategies designed to help maximize the value of clients’ property. In this position, she met with top performing agents to create advertising, marketing and budgetary plans for their listings. As a result, she gained a highly comprehensive and multi-faceted understanding of buying and selling real estate.
In August 2015, Allison became a Realtor® and partnered with seasoned luxury real estate professional, Tim Robertson, to form the Robertson and Foster Group.
